FCL will strive to establish a team of advanced players with advanced understanding of the game, or at the very least, potential to develop at an accelerated pace within each age group.  FCL coaching staff has the discretion to move players up and down within their age group and ahead of their age group if warranted.  It is FCL’s intention to develop these elite teams to be nationally distinctive at the U14 level and beyond.

FCL’s elite and premier teams will be coached by professional and experienced coaches with the FCL philosophy to ensure continuity and consistency.  Once a player has made an FCL team, it will not be necessary for them to try out again, unless they’ve left the club for an extended length of time.
