FC Lehigh Players Begin i-soccer Development!
Last spring over 130 FCL players were tested in their soccer skills using the i-soccer testing standards. The event was a huge success thanks to the help of coaches and parents. The data has been collected and recorded so now all FCL players will have access to their test scores and compare their results with teammates and other players within the club. i-soccer will offer videos and training techniques for the players so that they can work on improving their skills outside of practice in a dynamic and enjoyable fashion.
“FC Lehigh has made an outstanding commitment to the long term development of its players. By registering the entire club, FC Lehigh has provided a program for every player to measure, track and improve their level. Players now know what they need to work on outside of practice and they have every tool necessary to raise their personal level." Said Scott Leber President i-Soccer
i-soccer is building momentum for their National Standards Project where they intend to test over 11 million osccer players throughout the country. This database will now afford FCL players to compare their test scores with thousands of players around the country within their age group! Players will be now be able to establish Personal Records (PR'S), and will have opportunities to be tested throughout the year to improve their PR's in each of the skills tested.
We are extremely excited to have partnered with i-soccer along with US Soccer, the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and hundreds of clubs throughout the country. FCL is committed to the development of its' players through advanced coaching, training and evaluative techniques. To learn more visit www.isoccer.org
