FCL will strive to establish a team of players that have the potential to be developed into advanced players.  These players will be selected based on athleticism, technical foundation and willingness to develop.   FCL coaching staff has the discretion to move these players up within their age group and ahead of their age group if warranted.

FCL’s elite and premier teams will be coached by professional and experienced coaches with the FCL philosophy to ensure continuity and consistency.  Once a player has made an FCL team, it will not be necessary for them to try out again, unless they’ve left the club for an extended length of time.
