Soccer School of Excellence (SSE)

For players of all abilities ages 5-9, the course syllabus is based on our Player Development Model with a number of different aspects of the game worked on over a six- to eight-week period.The Soccer School of Excellence is one of many programs that FCL has to offer our members & non-members.  

This is a six- to eight-week program designed and modeled after the elite programs of European professional clubs. The Soccer School of Excellence programs have existed in many top programs in Europe for the past 30 years. Players like Michael Owen (Liverpool), Paolo Maldini (AC Milan), Edgar Davids and Patrick Kluivert (Ajax), Alessandro Del Piero (Juventus) began their careers as soccer-crazed eight-year-olds. As a direct result of the consistent training that they received through such schools, now they are regarded as the world's elite players. 

The program will introduce players to the competitive game as well as its systems and positional play. It will improve their creativity and technical skills, expand their awareness about the game in different cultures, and set new standards and goals. It is designed to complement our other programs as well as address the immediate needs of the youngsters. It is a combination of technical and tactical topics & FUN, with emphasis mostly on technical development of the players.
