About Our Staff

FCL takes great pride in the coaches that work for us, both part time and full time. Professional coaches will be the foundation of the FCL club mission and philosophy.

Developing soccer players is the primary objective for FCL coaches, but what cannot be underestimated is the importance of coaches inspiring young players. Today, coaches must not only be technically proficient and tactically sound, they must be effective teachers. Coaches must be able to inspire and build self confidence in young players. Coaches need to be teachers, motivators, psychologists, mentors and role models.

FCL coaches will continually strive to develop players on and off the pitch. FCL will also provide training for all of FCL staff coaches as well as professional development opportunities to ensure professional growth.
