Founding Club Advisor

• Graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh
• Graduated from the U. of Pittsburgh School of Law
• Former partner in the firm Black, McCarthy, Eidelman & Feinberg
• Formed Feinberg & Associates, 1992. Currently Feinberg Law Office
• Serves as general counsel to such firms as Computer Aid, Inc., Boyle Construction, TecPort Partners, LP, Rogers & Wolfe Properties, & Sunburst property management, Inc.
• Co-founded NARCA (National Assoc. of Retail Collection Attorneys) with other attorneys from around the country
• Founded the PA Creditors Rights Association
• Has worked actively as a commercial & industrial real estate developer
• Has been instrumental in attracting new business to Lehigh and Northampton counties as a founding shareholder of Crystal Signatures, Inc.
• Serves on: the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce; the Board of Directors and as First Vice President of the Small Business Council of the GLVCC; the Advisory Board of Originate Ventures, a venture capital fund; the board of the Mary Ellen Golf Tournament Committee for Easter Seals;  Treasurer of the ArtsQuest Foundation; the architectural selection and development committee and construction advisory committee for the ArtsQuest Performing Arts Center at the former Bethlehem Steel site and as Chairman of the SteelStax Finance Committee
• Married to Cindy Feinberg, the Director of Community and Economic Development for Lehigh County, and they have a son who attends Boston College and a daughter who attends Salisbury High School
